Abstract
This is a system meant to help local citizens trace their lost national identity cards. They will get their lost identity cards through agents who will be decentralized throughout the whole country. When an identity card gets lost it will be taken to local agents who will in turn update the number of the national identity card into the system, after the update local citizens who has lost their IDs will send a message to a given number in which they will get feedback through a message from the system acknowledging them of where to collect their lost national identity cards and pay a subsidized cost to the agents. Objectives to this project include: to give details about lost identification cards; to respond to user queries through text messages and to store a database of lost IDs.
