Abstract
The proposed system is a web-based system that will replace the current manual system. The current system is tedious since it requires the employees to share the files manually. If an employee requires to use a file of another employee then he/she should physically visit the office of the employee he should collect the file. When the manager also requires to carry out job evaluation of employees then he/she is forced to request Hard copies of evaluation files to be collected from the offices of employees to be evaluated. The proposed system will address such problems because it allows employees to share files via system. The employees can request for files he wants from other employees by login into his/her account, search the employee from which he/she should get the file then request for the file. The other employee then shares the file by clicking on share the file. The manager can also evaluate the employees via this system. The manager login into the system then requests for evaluation files from the employees who then submits the files to their respective managers.
