Abstract

The objectives of the system is to investigate the challenges facing the Kenya Seed Company in delivering their services to the farmers and through this Kenya Seed Company can identify gaps in their product portfolios and get the information they need to decide whether or not to invest to fill those gaps, to provide an online integrated system for registration and with online application forms for fertilizers, seeds and contracts, hence will enhance faster and effective service to the stakeholders, to test and implement the system which will instruct producers and farmers about how to successfully use the web-based system of data management for direct marketing of seeds.
