Abstract
Pharmacy sector ensures patients are treated well with the right medication and it has well trained personnel who prescribe the right drugs to patients. However the pharmacy sector has been having problems on whether the prescribed drugs are available or not. Also, since the pharmacy is a private sector, the manager has faced a lot of problems in dealing with the theft of the employees in that since the payment ids done manually, the employee steals. All the records are done manually. The manager wastes a lot of time obtaining information. The proposed system will help the pharmacy sector overcome the various problems such as loss of data, theft, and waste of time in obtaining information and guarantee accurate results on calculation needed. The proposed methodology is incremental process model. The developer proposes to use php, html, JavaScript and wamp server.Objectives of the project include: to capture information of the patients; to retrieve records when needed in the sector; generate vouchers upon payment by patients; generate statistical reports or decision making.
