Abstract

Communication service companies have a difficult time handling the numerous customer queries and complaints causing both discontent and anger among their clientele.Project is intended to achieve:To provide a means through which frequently asked questions could easily be handled in a very timely and efficient manner, To provide a means through which clients un-handled questions can be passed on to a human agent, To provide a means of sorting some queries for further development of the system.
