Abstract
Clinical system is a hospital management tool that efficiently manage patients data .Once attend the university hospital ,the patient can sign up into the system and retrieve medical reports or seek more help online from the dispensary. Patients can download and print personal treatment data for evidential purpose or accessing further medical help.The nurses does their normal daily duties of attending to patients and recording data into the system which is automatically processed into daily reports accessible by patients and reports for top management. Objectives of the Clinical System : To provide computerised platform for capturing and validating patients medical data in all hospital units ,that is ,from Reception , Triage Room ,Consultation Room ,Testing and Check-up Units ,and finally at Pharmacy Section. To allow creation of patients and staff accounts in the system, validation of user personal data to create profiles, activation and deactivation of user accounts. To provide communication extension to the online hospital staff to exchange and share information through message chat box tool.To circulate processed data from one unit to another then disseminate complete presentable data to authorised system users in form of print outs reports or downloadable portable documents formats.To provide Body Mass Index sub – system.
