Abstract
Hostel Management System as the name suggests is a system developed in order to aid the housekeepers in efficient and easy management of the hostels. It is meant to cater for the problems currently faced by Universities and colleges which are still using the manual systems to keep records of students and also keep record of all other activities done to manage the hostels.The objectives of developing my system were to do the following: To automate students’ accommodation details record keeping, To facilitate hostel allocation to students and To automate hostels and available rooms for easy allocation.
